Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Nexus OS at proptech.nexus (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Creators in our affiliate program are also bound by the Creator Terms.

The service

Nexus OS provides software for property inspectors: booking, CRM, a field app, AI-assisted reports, websites and related tools. Features change over time, and we may add, modify or retire them.

Your content

You own the content and customer data you put into Nexus. You give us a limited license to host, process and display it solely to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the vendors described in our Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to upload it and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated reports and text before you send or publish them. AI output can contain mistakes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, deceptive or harmful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no reselling access without our written permission, and no use of it to send spam or to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Branding

Your inspector website, field app and published reports carry your own branding. You grant us permission to display your name and logo as needed to operate the Service. “Nexus,” “Nexus OS” and related marks belong to us.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending the relationship

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment. On request we will provide a copy of your data for a reasonable period after termination.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Michigan.
